We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen can vary from the physical object depending on your display calibration — particularly relevant for fine art prints. Dimensions are given in the product description; please check them carefully before purchasing.
Fine art prints are printed to order. Edition sizes and numbering, where applicable, are stated on the product page.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation by email. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unexpectedly unavailable or if we identify an error in pricing. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
We ship to the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Intellectual property
All editorial content, photography, and design on Jules & Avery — including articles, images, and product descriptions — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.
To the extent permitted by law, Jules & Avery's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
