Jules & Avery Returns Policy

We want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

General returns

Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. To initiate a return, email us at hello@julesandavery.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within two business days with return instructions.

Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or we have made an error with your order.

Photography — no returns

Photography prints are printed to order, individually, at the time of purchase. Because each print is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on these items unless the print arrives damaged or there is a production defect.

If your print arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and email the images to hello@julesandavery.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We take considerable care in describing scale, edition, paper type, and framing options on each product page — please read these details before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific work, we're happy to help before you commit.

Custom and framed orders

Framed works and custom orders are non-returnable except in the case of damage or defect, for the same reason as prints: they are made to order.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and the item received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
